You know you've read a good book when you turn the last page and feel a little as if you have lost a friend. ~Paul Sweeney

Blog Post #5
The book I am currently reading is The Cure For Death by Lightning by Gail Anderson-Dargatz. "Morley Boulee, the man who shot the bear that killed Sarah Kemp." The archetype I chose for this book was a herald. The quote describes a girl being killed by a bear. This event is what everyone in the town is talking about and it has made everyone paranoid about what is in the woods. The quote explains this because Morley Boulee went and shot the bear who killed Sarah.

I like that you chose a big event that happend it the book. You didn't tell us who the herald was, but otherwise it was very clear!
ReplyDeleteI liked the post but your back ground is a bit distracting.
ReplyDeleteThe Herald isn't clear in this book. Other than that, it is short and explainitary. Editing will only bring it up!
